Rolls-Royce has always had a close connection with the music world. Call it a kinship that can be seen from the biggest names in the music world choosing the marque. Then there are the Bespoke creations that are an expression of the British nameplate’s musical side.
The latest expression can be seen in Dawn inspired by Music. Taking its cue from Wraith Inspired by Music, the Light Copper number boasts of brushed elements that give the car a character all its own. To further highlight just how special this new creation is, Rolls-Royce created a music video with Dawn as the star.
Shot in the special soundproof room at the Home of Rolls-Royce, the car’s different “sounds” such as the soft-closing doors, the windscreen, the engine note, and even the Spirit of Ecstasy rising proudly upfront were mixed with musical chords to create a harmonious melody. It’s the utmost expression of how beautifully crafted this car is—albeit in musical form.
The Rolls-Royce Dawn Inspired by Musci was shown at this year’s Concorso D’Eleganza Villa d’Este, last 26-27 May 2018.
