Remember the Hyundai i10? For those that can’t really recall, it was a little sumcompact hatch from South Korea’s finest sold a few years back. Well, it’s back in its third iteration and it all grown up.

We say grown up as the looks are more mature yet still have that youthful vibe. The dimensions may remain almost unchanged yet Hyundai has somehow managed to inject its current styling language into a small package.

Just like the outside, the cabin gets a major makeover with touches like an 8-inch touchscreen for the infotainment system. This one fatures Apple CarPlay and Android Auto,, which is pretty much en vogue in today’s connected landscape.

Under the hood, one will find either a 1.0-liter three-pot with 67hp and 96Nm, or a 1.2-liter mill with 83 horses and 118Nm. Both motors can be hooked up to either a 5-speed MT or 5-speed automated manual gearbox.

While this little number may be tiny, it packs big car safety features in the form of emergency braking, lane keep assist, driver fatigue alert, and high beam assist.

The new Hyundai i10 will debut at this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show happening this month. It will hit the road in 2020.
