As more car companies begin to support the various car blubs that are staunch patrons of their products, Suzuki Philippines shows its support for its own loyal followers via a large gathering of Team Suzuki Philippines (TSP) members, held last March 25, 2017.
Formed in 2015, TSP is comprised of some eight car clubs with a membership of around 3,000 devoted Suzuki customers. The group practically encompasses the Japanese compact carmaker’s various product lines. These include Team Alto Pilipinas, Team Celerio Philippines, Swift 1.2 Philippines, Team Swift Philippines, Team APV Philippines, Club Ertiga Philippines, and Vitara Club of the Philippines.
This large fan base has allowed it to participate in various events, such as last year’s 6th Philippine International Motor Show, where it showcased a slew of customized Suzuki vehicles. It has likewise joined sporting events, such as the AFF Suzuki Cup 2016. All this to show its support to its favorite brand.
Just like any family, it continues to grow. The grand celebration was likewise a welcome party for the two newest groups to join the fold: Team Ciaz Philippines and Suzuki Jimny Club of the Philippines. Team Ciaz Philippines is a nod to the Suzuki subcompact sedan that is fast growing in popularity. Suzuki Jimny Club of the Philippines, on the other hand, is a testament to the classic Jimny which has made Suzuki a household name among off-road enthusiasts.
As Suzuki continues to expand in the country, we can expect Team Suzuki Philippines to grow with it.
