Kia Beefs Up the K2700 Line With an Ambulance and UPV

The Kia K2700 is the Korean automaker’s answer to the ever-growing commercial vehicle segment’s demand for reliable and versatile trucks and passenger vans. Variants like the High-side Pickup with Roof (HSPUR) and the Dropside pickup give business owners cargo and passenger-carrying solutions that meet a variety of needs.

Columbian Autocar Corporation (CAC). official Kia distributor in the country, however, wants to target a wider client base by offering more specific applications of its vaunted truck. The K2700 Urban Passenger Vehicle (UPV) and Ambulance give fleet operators, as well as medical service institutions, respectively, a few more options to accommodate their various requirements.

The K2700 UPV, for instance, can be used as a shuttle, school bus, or even UV Express service. The 17-seater configuration, set in a 15-2-1 forward-facing manner, provides comfortable quarters for all occupants. Plus, they can all ride with the utmost peace of mind, thanks to antilock braking system (ABS), locking differential, and reverse sensors.

Those who need an emergency vehicle can look to the K2700 Ambulance application. It comes fully equipped with an oxygen tank with regulator, transfusion hanger, a PA system and sirens. It’s the perfect way to help save countless lives.

The Kia K2700 UPV and Ambulance were first unveiled at this year’s 6th Philippine International Motor Show last month. They are now available at all Kia dealerships nationwide.
