Renowned British motorcycle maker, Triumph, who’s well-decorated history dates back to 1902, has finally set its wheels on Philippine soil. This move came in the form of a partnership between it and the Autohub Group of Companies, headed by its president Willy Tee Ten.

Introducing... Triumph Motorcycles Philippines.

To kick-start its operations, Triumph Motorcycles Philippines recently held a virtual launch for Triumph Motorcycles’ showroom on Ortigas Ave. in Greenhills. It will serve as a one-stop hub, showcasing a stable of comprehensive premium motorcycles geared toward performance, lifestyle, and adventure riding.

The official virtual launch of Triumph Motorcycles Philippines can be viewed on its official Facebook and YouTube accounts. As primer, it introduced a brief history of the brand, photos, videos, the new showroom, and some of its offerings. Also on video to celebrate the momentous occasion were Paul Stroud, Chief Commercial Officer of Triumph Motorcycles, and Miles Perkins, Head of Brand of Triumph Motorcycles.

No less than 10 motorcycles are already available for purchase, including but not limited to the Bonneville T120, Scrambler 1200 XC, Tiger 900 GT, Rocket 3 R, and Street Twin. All are displayed and sold at the new showroom in Greenhills. In addition, official merchandise, apparel, and genuine accessories are available to complete the Triumph experience.

The showroom also features a spacious, dedicated service area manned by trained technicians. Best part is that Triumph Motorcycle Philippines will not only include warranties for new motorcycles, but will also reward current and long-time Triumph owners with warranties for their bikes as well. How’s that for starting things right?

An Exclusive Auction for a Great Cause

As a show of good will, Triumph Motorcycles Philippines held a very special auction for a good cause. The premium and exclusive Triumph Bobber TFC, #667 of 750 to come out of the Triumph Factory Custom (TFC) program, went up for auction last November 20, and the lucky bidder will be revieal on December 7. Part of the proceeds will be given to the PGH Medical Foundation, Inc. for the benefit of Philippine front-liners.

At a glance, the Bobber TFC is an ultra-premium motorcycle that’s specially tuned and pared-down in favor of minimalism, maximum impact, and weight reduction. It boasts a lighter chassis, carbon fiber bodywork, billet machined parts, modified lighting, and fully adjustable Öhlins suspension on both ends.

A new Sport Mode throttle map complements its 1,200cc higher-revving, High Torque parallel twin which makes 10 PS more peak power and 4 Nm more peak torque than the standard Bobber. Its exclusive, blacked-out paint job is finished in the highest quality, accented by a brown floating saddle of real leather and the prominent Union Jack in silver foil with gold pin striping.

Every Bobber TFC owner will receive a tailor-made TFC handover pack, featuring a letter hand-signed by Triumph’s CEO Nick Bloor, a personalised custom build book, dedicated bike cover, TFC document wallet, and a premium leather TFC branded rucksack.

That’s it! Welcome to the Philippines, Triumph Motorcycles! Congratulations Autohub Group! What a way to cap off 2020 and start 2021 with an awesome Bang!
