The Mercedes-AMG G-Class Gets Even More Exclusive

The Mercedes-Benz G-Class has always had a certain air of exclusivity about it. Apart from being a true off-roader that can conquer pretty much any terrain thrown at it, the G-Class has been regarded by many as being in a class all its own, since it was introduced in 1979.

Today, the Mercedes-AMG G63 and G65 get even more bespoke with the unveiling of the Exclusive Edition. This one adds AMG sport strips on the side, rub strips set in a dark aluminum finish, and a body color spare wheel cover. The Exclusive Edition also gets a Monza Grey Magno matt paint scheme for that true off-road look, along with a cool set of alloy wheels.

Just like the outside, the cabin gets touches like a two-tone leather finish for the dashboard and seats, diamond center panels for the seats and door trims, as well as the Seat Comfort package with seat climatization for both front chairs. One can even specify optional extras such as leather-clad grab handles, two-tone steering wheel, and a host of colors for the upholstery.

Customers can now order their G-Class with the Mercedes Me connectivity suite of services. This allows them to perform various tasks by connecting to the Net, or control their vehicle via remote. It’s a cool way to stay in touch with and while in your G-Class.

The Mercedes-AMG G63 and G65 Exclusive Edition will go on sale beginning in September of this year.
