The 2018 Porsche Service Excellence Awards saw Porsche AG’s local arm, Porsche Philippines, bag a number of prestigious trophies. These include titles for After-Sales Service, Marketing, Warranty, Training, and Customer Service.
In the entire Asia Pacific region, Porsche Philippines received the following awards during the 2018 Porsche Service Excellence Awards: Best in After-Sales, Warranty, Marketing, Training and Customer Satisfaction for three months.
It all begins with well-trained staff, particularly technicians who have undergone training in Germany.
With three levels to attain—Bronze, Silver, and Gold--, each technician knows a Porsche inside and out.
Moreover, the 5 technicians who have achieved Gold status (also known as Diagnostics Specialists) possess a high level of knowledge about the cars and the brand.
Apart from the people, Porsche Philippines prides itself with having the latest state-of-the-art equipment that takes care of every Porsche that comes into the workshop.
These are made up of computerized diagnostic equipment, four-wheel alignment system, tire changer, wheel balancer, and special tools.
All these are factory certified, of course.
Backing all these up are awards such as J.D. Power USA’s Customer Service Index that recognized Porsche as one of the most reliable luxury brands that likewise takes care of its clients.
And then there is the fact that some 70 percent of all Porsches ever built are still running even today.
All this is what drives Porsche Philippines to push even harder to find new ways to give its customers nothing but the best.
