As many vehicle owners know, having a car isn’t just a one-time money down affair. Over the course of the ownership period, you need to spend for things like fuel, insurance, and of course, maintenance.

Ford Philippines understands this and puts forth the Cost of Ownership proposition that collects and analyzes prices of scheduled service maintenance to make it more competitive vis-à-vis other brands. What this essentially means is that owning a Ford Everest, Ranger, or Ecosport, for instance, over a five-year period will be more cost efficient.

Why five years, you ask? This is usually how long most Filipinos keep their rides. And beginning this April, customers who have their Ford serviced can enjoy more competitive rates on scheduled service maintenance.

During the said regular twice-a-year check-ups, one can avail of goodies like fully synthetic oil, oil filter, engine oil filter, pollen filter, fuel filter, brake fluid, gasket drain plug, and a set of spark plugs (for gasoline engines). What's another good about this is that it's transferrable--meaning, when you sold the car to another person, the Cost of Ownership program will be transferred to its new owner. All these are designed to help keep the vehicle in top form over the period of 5 ownership years.

So yes, owning a Ford need not be expensive. You may check out how much maintaining a Ford wil cost at: https://www.ford.com.ph/owner/service/periodic-maintenance/
